Returns / Refunds - faulty or wrong goods
You have 14 days from the receipt of the item/s to contact us. We will arrange a collection and initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies, or immediately if you have credit account terms with us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.

Returns / Refunds - incorrect items ordered
You have 14 days from the receipt of the item/s to contact us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to any replacement order. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies or immediately if you have credit account terms with us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.
